Receptionist – North County Dublin (Temporary to Permanent)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 8 weeks initially, with potential to go temp-to-perm
Pay: €15 per hour, paid every week
Work Setup: Fully office-based
Role Overview:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front of House Receptionist to join a busy office environment in North County Dublin. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude to become the welcoming face of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner
- Managing incoming calls and emails
- Handling post and deliveries
- Booking meeting rooms and supporting general office coordination
- Providing administrative support to various departments
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
