Receptionist – North County Dublin (Temporary to Permanent)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Duration: 8 weeks initially, with potential to go Permanent
Pay: €15 per hour, paid every week
Work Setup: Fully office-based

Role Overview:

We are seeking a professional and friendly Front of House Receptionist to join a busy office environment in North County Dublin. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude to become the welcoming face of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner
  • Managing incoming calls and emails
  • Handling post and deliveries
  • Booking meeting rooms and supporting general office coordination
  • Providing administrative support to various departments

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
