Customer Service & Operations Coordinator
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS INITIALLY A CONTRACT ROLE. THE ROLE IS 5 DAYS PER WEEK IN THE OFFICE IN WEST DUBLIN.
Hours: 37.5 per week
Purpose:
To support customers by providing product and service information, processing orders, and ensuring timely despatch and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer and sales team communications
- Process orders, loans, and consignment sets
- Manage back orders, pricing queries, and quotations
- Maintain accurate customer records and invoicing
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently
- Support warehouse operations for order preparation
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems
- Provide cross-functional support during absences
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experience in the medical device industry (pharma or experience in hospital environment considered)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and administrative skills
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI)
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable:
- Office-based experience
- A-levels or equivalent
- Demonstrated continuous improvement and team engagement
