Customer Service & Operations Coordinator

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS INITIALLY A CONTRACT ROLE. THE ROLE IS 5 DAYS PER WEEK IN THE OFFICE IN WEST DUBLIN.

Hours: 37.5 per week

Purpose:
To support customers by providing product and service information, processing orders, and ensuring timely despatch and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer and sales team communications
  • Process orders, loans, and consignment sets
  • Manage back orders, pricing queries, and quotations
  • Maintain accurate customer records and invoicing
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently
  • Support warehouse operations for order preparation
  • Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems
  • Provide cross-functional support during absences

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in the medical device industry (pharma or experience in hospital environment considered)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and administrative skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI)
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable:

  • Office-based experience
  • A-levels or equivalent
  • Demonstrated continuous improvement and team engagement
