Warehouse Operative (Temp: 4 – 6 weeks)
Reed is working with a Client in Meath (not far from Balbriggan) to recruit for a Warehouse Operative for a period of 4 – 6 weeks. The successful candidate will support daily warehouse operations, ensuring goods are received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently while maintaining a safe and organised working environment.
Pay: €16.00 per hour
Hours: 9.00 – 5.30 pm with 1 hour for lunch / Monday to Friday
Duties in the role:
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
- Receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods
- Loading and unloading deliveries (manual handling involved)
- Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory counts
- Ensuring orders are completed to required quality and accuracy standards
- Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and compliant with health & safety regulations
- Reporting damaged goods, stock discrepancies, or safety issues to supervisors
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
