We are seeking a Solicitor with a strong background in professional indemnity litigation to join our busy Dublin City Centre firm. This role is ideal for someone with significant experience in the field, looking to further their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Handle a caseload of professional indemnity litigation independently.
- Engage in Circuit, High Court, and Commercial Court litigation.
- Manage all phases of the litigation process from initiation through to completion.
- Utilise case management systems effectively to track and manage cases.
- Work collaboratively with other team members while also having the capacity to operate independently.
- Maintain direct communication with clients, ensuring they are informed and reassured throughout the case process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in professional indemnity litigation.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in managing a comprehensive caseload.
- Thorough knowledge of litigation practice and procedures.
- Proficient in the use of computer and case management systems.
- Personable and client-friendly with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
