Truck Driver – Roscrea
Salary: €40,000+ per year
Hours: Monday–Friday, standard daytime hours
Location: Roscrea and surrounding areas - Co. Offaly
About the Role
Our busy and well‑established construction company is seeking an experienced Truck Driver to join our team. Operating mainly across Offaly and neighbouring counties, this is a full‑time, steady position ideal for someone who values reliability, local routes, and working within a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate tipper trucks to transport aggregates, soil, and construction materials
- Perform daily vehicle checks and maintain accurate documentation/logs
- Ensure all loads are secured and delivered safely and on schedule
- Follow all company and site Health & Safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and site managers
Requirements
- Full, clean C licence (EC licence an advantage)
- Valid CPC and digital tachograph card
- Previous experience operating tipper trucks (preferred)
- Good knowledge of Offaly and surrounding regional routes
- Strong safety awareness, reliability, and professionalism
