Customer Care Representative – Full-Time, Permanent (Remote – Ireland Only)

Location: Fully Remote (Must be based in Ireland)

The Role
We are seeking a Customer Care Representative to be the first point of contact for candidates, clients, and partners. You will handle inbound enquiries, provide exceptional customer support, and help maintain the smooth running of our operations.
While the role primarily focuses on managing inbound calls, you will also support screening and administrative tasks during quieter periods.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Call Management
- Answer incoming calls promptly, professionally, and with empathy.
- Provide guidance on screening processes, required documents, and application progress.
- Resolve issues wherever possible at first contact.
- Record all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Customer Support
- Respond to emails during lower call-volume periods.
- Maintain a positive, helpful, solution-focused approach.
Screening & Administrative Support
- Assist the Screening Team with admin and verification tasks.
- Complete data entry and application updates in the Vetting Solutions platform.
- Support quality assurance checks when required.
Skills & Experience Required
- Customer Service Experience: Previous call centre or customer-facing role, ideally in HR, recruitment, or professional services.
- Excellent Communication: Clear, confident phone manner with adaptable tone.
- Resilience: Able to handle high call volumes and occasional difficult conversations calmly.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; quick to learn new software.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong accuracy in data entry and administrative tasks.
- Team Player: Flexible and willing to support operations during busy periods.
