The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Screening Team Member to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end candidate verification, ensuring every background check meets the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and professionalism.
This is a full-time, permanent, fully remote position, and applicants must be based in Ireland, hold full right-to-work documentation, and ideally have experience in HR, recruitment, or pre-employment screening.
Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive Verification: Conduct thorough employment, education, and professional reference checks across Ireland and the UK.
- International Screening: Coordinate global criminal record and financial checks, navigating diverse regulatory requirements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between candidates, employers, and academic bodies to resolve queries and gather documentation.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate, real-time data within our Vetting Solutions platform.
- Compliance: Produce confidential, high-quality screening reports aligned with GDPR and data protection regulations.
Skills & Experience Required
- Background in HR, Recruitment, or Screening (highly advantageous).
- Proven experience in a fast-paced administrative or compliance-driven role.
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset and near-zero error rate.
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and quick to learn new systems.
