Business Development Associate - Cavan
Reed is working with a fantastic client we have assisted previously to recruit for a brand new position. You will be the Business Development Associate representing one of their many products and services. This role has genuine growth opportunities!

This will be 5 days in the office
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 08:15 - 17:00 / Friday: 08:30 - 16:00

Duties in the role:
- To be responsible for, dealing directly with customers to negotiate price, secure purchase orders and record win/loss ratio at the point of sale
- To provide the customers with an excellent sales service experience in order to promote repeat sales
- During the growth phase of the product there will be a significant element of creating robust procedures, engaging in marketing activities including telephone cold calling, electronic marketing and similar promotional activities
- To assist the commercial team (field based sales) by sending technical information, data sheets, drawings, NBS specifications and other technical supporting documentation as necessary to provide clarity of our offer and confidence to the customer
- To utilise the CRM system to maintain customer and project records
- To review weekly and monthly the quotation order bank and report issues and collate reports accordingly. V’s RW Volumes
- To establish and develop strong relationships with direct transactional customers
- To ensure excellent communication between Commercial departments and other divisions
- To provide feedback on issues that may affect the customer relationship
- To meet assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines
- To work closely with Customer Service to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
- Update KPI Log on Volume and value of completed projects
