Tipper Truck Driver – Birr, Co. Offaly
Salary: €35,000–€40,000 per year +
Hours: Standard business hours (Monday–Friday)
About the Role
We are a busy construction company based in Birr, Co. Offaly, seeking a reliable and experienced Tipper Truck Driver to join our team. This is a full‑time position operating during regular business hours, ideal for someone who values steady work, a strong team environment, and local routes.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate tipper trucks for the transport of aggregates, soil, and construction materials
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and maintain accurate logs
- Ensure loads are secure and delivered on time to various sites
- Adhere to all health & safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with site managers and dispatch teams
Requirements
- Full, clean C licence (EC licence advantage but not required)
- Valid CPC and digital tachograph card
- Previous experience driving tipper trucks preferred
- Good knowledge of local routes in Offaly and surrounding counties
- Strong safety awareness and reliability
