Contract Recruiter –(Hybrid, Dublin)

📍 Location: Dublin (City Centre, Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite)
📅 Duration: 6-Month Contract (June 2026 – December 2026, with potential extension)

About the Role

We are currently hiring a Contract Recruiter to join a high-performing Employee Success team within a global technology organisation. This role will support hiring across Customer Success, Sales, and Solution Engineering, with additional exposure to hiring across EMEA markets.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment, ideal for recruiters who thrive on delivering results while maintaining a strong candidate and stakeholder experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing through to offer acceptance
  • Hire across Customer Success, Sales and Solution Engineering roles (junior to mid-level)
  • Deliver high-volume recruitment (20–25 hires per quarter)
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive candidates
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
  • Use proactive sourcing methods including headhunting, networking and market mapping
  • Support hiring across multiple EMEA regions
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Legal and onboarding teams

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in agency and/or in-house recruitment (in-house preferred)
  • 4+ years’ recruitment experience 
  • Background in high-volume hiring environments
  • Experience recruiting for sales, tech, or customer-facing roles is a strong advantage
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Confident in direct sourcing and engaging passive candidates
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and modern recruitment tools (including AI)
  • Confident in cold outreach and relationship building
