Day-to-day of the role:
- Handle all aspects of conveyancing from initial instruction to completion.
- Manage probate cases from initial instruction to final distribution.
- Oversee estate administration and the drafting of wills.
- Work independently to manage a busy caseload and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Engage with clients directly, providing high-quality legal advice and maintaining strong client relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in conveyancing and probate.
- Strong organisational, administrative, and drafting skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing a busy caseload.
