Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary/Executive

Our client is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary/Executive to join their busy property team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in residential property transactions and a proven ability to handle a high-volume, fast-moving workload.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Conveyancing Tasks: Handle all aspects of residential property transactions from initiation to completion.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and file-management standards are consistently met.
- Document Handling: Assist with Stamp Duty, Land Registry filings, and billing processes.
- Client Interaction: Liaise effectively with clients, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Administrative Excellence: Demonstrate exceptional administrative skills with an eye for detail, and an ability to organise, manage, and prioritise work efficiently.
- Communication: Maintain excellent communication channels, both written and oral, with all stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years' conveyancing legal secretary/executive experience.
- Knowledge: Strong interest and knowledge in handling residential property transactions.
- Case Management: Experience in CORTBase or similar case management systems is advantageous but not essential.
- Independence: Ability to work on own initiative and run files independently.
- Administrative Skills: Excellent administrative capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral.
