Our client is looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their dynamic team in Dublin. This role is suited for a professional with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in employment law, who thrives in both team and independent settings.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Handle both employer and employee sides of employment law litigation.
  • Manage cases across all stages of litigation including the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC), Labour Court, and High Court.
  • Perform advocacy roles in various legal settings.
  • Work independently to manage a busy caseload while also collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Engage directly with clients, providing high-quality legal advice and maintaining strong client relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in employment law.
  • Strong organisational, administrative, and drafting skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of handling clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workloads, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Must be a strong team player and fit well with the practice's culture.
