Accounts Administrator – North Dublin
Reed is delighted to be assisting our client based in North Dublin with the recruitment of an Accounts Administrator to join their busy and friendly team.
9.00 am - 5.00 pm
Office based, 5 days a week
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processing purchase invoices
- Checking invoices and checking prices and quantities are correct
- Analysing and processing of expenses
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure credit notes for returns or discrepancies are received
- Liaising with other departments in order to resolve queries regarding purchasing discrepancies
- Updating CRM system with all interactions
- Emailing, printing & posting of Customer Statements
- Responding to and resolving customer queries by phone or email after investigation with the relevant department
- Assisting accounts department with other duties as required
