We are seeking an experienced conveyancing Legal Executive to join our busy practice based in Kildare. This office-based position involves supporting a partner and a solicitor, handling a variety of responsibilities from document preparation to client interaction. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to delivering high-quality support.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Document Preparation: Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and other materials.
- Dictaphone Typing: Utilize dictation tools to accurately transcribe communications.
- Calendar Management: Manage and update solicitors’ calendars, schedule appointments, court dates, and deadlines.
- Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and scheduling meetings or consultations.
- File Management: Maintain and organize both paper and electronic files, ensuring documents are easily accessible and online registration of documentation is up to date.
- Legal Research: Assist solicitors with legal research, document retrieval, and other research tasks.
- Court Filings: Prepare and file legal documents with various courts and agencies as required.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
- Team Support: Collaborate with other members of the legal team to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Managing Title Documents: Handle the receipt and distribution of title documents on ATR for various banking institutions.
- Dealing with PRAI: Manage registration applications and queries with the Property Registration Authority of Ireland.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
