Litigation Solicitor

We are currently seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join our legal practice in Louth. This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities in civil and criminal litigation as well as family law. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, dedicated to their profession, and eager to advance in their career.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Handle a variety of cases in civil and criminal litigation, as well as family law.
- Engage directly with clients, providing legal advice and representing their interests in legal proceedings.
- Work independently on cases from inception to resolution, including trial preparation and court appearances.
- Utilise practice management systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date case files.
- Collaborate with other members of the legal team to ensure a cohesive approach to client cases.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years post-qualification experience in litigation.
- Experience in handling both civil and criminal cases, with additional experience in family law preferred.
- Proficiency in using practice management systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work, with a strong desire to excel.
