💼 Role Summary
We’re seeking a strategic, insights-driven Talent Attraction Partner to join our Sales Recruiting team. This hybrid role blends hands‑on sourcing and candidate engagement with operational excellence, data analytics, market intelligence, and enablement.
You’ll work closely with Talent Delivery Recruiters to deliver deeply assessed, high-quality pipelines of Senior Account Executives across the DACH market, while driving the insights and intelligence that elevate our overall Talent Attraction strategy.

- Bring experience working within global, fast-scaling environments
- Speak German — optional, but a major advantage and required for the top pay tier
🧠 Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Candidate Engagement
- Proactively source, engage, and nurture senior sales talent across outbound, inbound, referral, and mobility channels
- Conduct structured assessments aligned with role requirements and company values
- Manage and optimize pipelines in the CRM, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience
- Partner with Talent Delivery Recruiters on candidate calibration, submission, and interview progression
Competitor Analysis & Market Intelligence
- Build and maintain a structured approach to competitor and market research
- Track and analyze competitor hiring patterns, compensation benchmarks, and regional trends
- Provide actionable insights to TA leadership to influence strategy and workforce planning
- Establish regular reporting cadences to share intelligence across stakeholders
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of Talent Attraction data across CRM, HRIS, Google Workspace, and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Translate data into actionable insights for recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership
Brand Activations & Events
- Support engagement at key recruiting events and activations
- Measure and report on event performance, ROI, and pipeline impact
- Ensure messaging and branding align with the broader TA strategy
Enablement & Continuous Improvement
- Drive knowledge-sharing through enablement sessions, brown bags, and best-practice workshops
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the Talent Attraction team
Pipeline Management & Lead Optimization
- Review and optimize pipelines, re‑engaging previously sourced talent and referrals
- Drive structured processes that move passive talent to active, qualified candidates
- Maintain visibility into all candidate activity to maximize conversion and pipeline velocity
✅ Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or sourcing, ideally within sales or tech recruiting
- Proven success sourcing senior-level talent in the DACH region
- German language skills preferred; required for top compensation tier
- Demonstrated experience in competitor intelligence, market research, and strategic sourcing
- Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM, HRIS, Tableau, Excel, and other reporting tools
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- Self-starter with high ownership, curiosity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
