Field Marketing Specialist – EMEA Growth Markets

Contract: 6‑Month Fixed Term
Location: Dublin (Hybrid)
Salary: €55,000 – €60,000 (pro‑rata)

Overview of the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Field Marketing professional to support marketing operations across the EMEA Growth Markets. This is a 6‑month contract role, based in Dublin with a hybrid working model, reporting directly to the Demand Generation Marketing Manager.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic B2B Marketer with strong experience in Account Based Marketing, CRM and campaign operations, email marketing, and event management. You should be a creative communicator, a strategic problem‑solver, and a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. A passion for creating meaningful customer experiences is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Account Based Marketing (ABM) and top‑account marketing strategy across all channels for EMEA Growth Markets.
  • Support the optimisation of CRM systems and campaign workflows to boost efficiency and ROI.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive email marketing strategy for the region.
  • Manage lead processes, ensuring data quality and optimisation.
  • Develop segmentation for digital marketing campaigns and lead‑nurturing programs.

Desired Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in a B2B marketing position.
  • Demonstrated experience orchestrating and measuring a variety of marketing tactics, including ABM, email, and strategic events.
  • Strong CRM and campaign optimisation experience.
  • Experience managing both physical and virtual events.
  • Excellent analytical abilities and confidence working with data and analytics tools.
  • Highly collaborative, self‑motivated, and effective in cross‑functional environments.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise and problem‑solve.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive working style.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes.
  • Creative thinker capable of operating in a fast‑paced, ever‑evolving environment.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Degree in Marketing or Business with a strong academic record.
  • Experience working across global regions.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and associated tools such as Slack.
