Freight Sales Executive – Dublin North
Reed is assisting our client to recruit for a Sales Executive working within in the freight and distribution sector. This is a great opportunity to join a well established freight and logistics business.
Knowledge of freight is essential. However, you can be coming from an operations background not just sales experience.

Basic Salary: Up to €50k annual
Annual Bonus Targets
Car, fuel. Repairs etc.

Duties in the role:
Your primary focus will be winning new customers and developing profitable, recurring freight business
You will be responsible for securing and developing new business across our freight and logistics services, including:
- European FTL and LTL road freight
- Import and export freight services
- Specialist customs and veterinary clearance services
- Customs clearance
Selling European road freight, customs and related logistics services
Making contact Irish importers, exporters, manufacturers or distributors
Generate leads, arrange meetings and convert opportunities into customers
Strong commercial and negotiation skills
The ability to work independently but to also follow the company’s established and proven sales pipeline
