Family Law Solicitor

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor with over 3 years of post-qualification experience to join a progressive and client-focused practice. This role offers the opportunity to handle a broad and interesting range of family law matters, providing professional and sensitive legal support to clients during challenging times.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage a diverse caseload involving separation, divorce, judicial separation, financial settlements, child custody, maintenance, cohabitation disputes, domestic violence cases, and other family law matters.
- Work directly with clients, providing empathetic and professional legal advice.
- Collaborate with counsel and other professional advisers to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
- Handle all aspects of case preparation from initiation to resolution, including drafting legal documents and representing clients in court as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience in family law.
- Excellent drafting and advocacy skills.
- Strong organisational and case-management abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet strict deadlines.
- Practical and solutions-focused approach to legal problems.
