We are seeking an experienced Commercial and Residential Property Solicitor with over 5 years of post-qualification experience to join our busy and expanding team. This role offers the opportunity to handle a diverse range of property transactions, providing expert advice and support on both commercial and residential matters.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide advice on all areas of commercial and residential property transactions.
- Draft, negotiate, and review commercial leases and corporate agreements.
- Offer landlord and tenant advice, and handle residential purchases and sales.
- Research and analyse documents and case law to ensure the accuracy of advice and procedures.
- Advise clients on various matters including property purchase, sale, financing, registrations, letting, joint ventures, landlord and tenant matters.
- Collaborate with business, commercial, corporate, and finance teams acting for lenders and borrowers on a range of transactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 5+ years post-qualification experience in commercial and residential property.
- Strong organisational, administrative, and drafting skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently as required.
