Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary

Our client is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their busy practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare conveyancing documents (Contracts for Sale, Requisitions, closing docs, undertakings).
  • Manage files from instruction to completion.
  • Liaise with clients, lenders, estate agents and other solicitors.
  • Handle title documents, searches and closing packs.
  • Audio typing, dictation, correspondence and diary management.
  • Billing support and general administrative duties.
  • Ensure compliance with AML/KYC and file‑management standards.

Requirements

  • 1+ years’ conveyancing legal secretary experience in an Irish law firm.
  • Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing processes.
  • Excellent typing, drafting and organisational skills.
  • Professional communication and strong client‑service approach.
  • Ability to manage a busy workload independently.
