Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary

Our client is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their busy practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare conveyancing documents (Contracts for Sale, Requisitions, closing docs, undertakings).
- Manage files from instruction to completion.
- Liaise with clients, lenders, estate agents and other solicitors.
- Handle title documents, searches and closing packs.
- Audio typing, dictation, correspondence and diary management.
- Billing support and general administrative duties.
- Ensure compliance with AML/KYC and file‑management standards.
Requirements
- 1+ years’ conveyancing legal secretary experience in an Irish law firm.
- Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing processes.
- Excellent typing, drafting and organisational skills.
- Professional communication and strong client‑service approach.
- Ability to manage a busy workload independently.
