Business Partner Manager - Field Sales
NOTE - You must have proven experience building partner programmes and delivering against targets in a hardware/software/SaaS/cloud environment, preferably in the Irish market.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Partner Manager to join our clients expanding team.This field-based role covers the Republic of Ireland and suits someone who thrives on autonomy, relationship-building, and driving commercial growth through strategic partnerships.
As Business Partner Manager, you will play a key role in growing our clients partner ecosystem by managing existing relationships, forging new partnerships, and delivering effective partner strategies that support sustainable revenue growth. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to enhance our market presence and ensure partner success.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and professional services teams to develop and execute strategies for our partner network.
- Build a scalable framework for formalising and growing partnerships through structured partner programmes.
- Identify, engage, and negotiate with prospective partners to expand market reach.
- Take full ownership of partnership performance, reporting, and ongoing development.
- Work cross-functionally to identify opportunities for revenue and margin growth.
- Drive continuous improvement of the dealer service proposition using sector and cross‑sector insights.
- Support budget planning and business plans for assigned partners within your territory.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience building partner programmes and delivering against targets in a hardware/software/SaaS/cloud environment.
- Strong background in channel or partner management within managed print or barcode solutions.
- Ability to clearly communicate the value of technical solutions (MFP, barcode, software) to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, growing revenue, and managing pipelines.
- Experience leading partner business reviews, creating development plans, and supporting go‑to‑market execution.
- Comfortable in a field-based role with frequent travel.
- Solid commercial understanding of hardware, software solutions, and service-based offerings.
- Familiarity with Irish channel networks is a strong advantage.
- Proven success delivering solutions within a B2B partner environment.
