Join our client, a leading litigation practice in Dublin, as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor. This role offers a unique opportunity to be involved in landmark multi-party litigation cases, focusing on defective blocks. Ideal for a Newly Qualified or Solicitor with 1-2 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE), who is looking to make a significant impact in a high-profile legal environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Engage in High Court commercial litigation processes, focusing on multi-party actions.
- Utilise your knowledge of EU law to manage complex legal challenges.
- Draft, advocate, and negotiate effectively to advance client cases.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and empathy.
- Work collaboratively within the team while also having the initiative to handle responsibilities independently.
- Utilise legal software and tools proficiently to manage cases and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in High Court commercial litigation.
- Strong knowledge of EU law.
- Excellent drafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and work effectively as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Genuine interest in plaintiff welfare.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with Key House case management software is desirable.
