What you’ll do

You’ll play a key part in setting up new client accounts and ensuring the onboarding process runs smoothly. Day to day, you will:

  • Review new client account documentation, ensuring it meets internal and regulatory standards
  • Liaise with Investment Managers to gather accurate information and resolve queries
  • Coordinate with verification and compliance teams to maintain an efficient account opening process
  • Update internal systems to ensure client accounts are ready for trading
  • Support business development by maintaining quality and consistency in onboarding processes
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives

What you’ll need

  • Experience in a similar AML, KYC, or compliance environment
  • Background in either Banking, Financial Services, Investment Management, Legal, Fintech or similar industries
