Accounts Payable Supervisor – West Dublin

Duties in the role:
- Take ownership of the Accounts Payable function, ensuring the efficient, accurate, and timely processing of supplier invoices and payments
- Oversee end-to-end accounts payable activities, including payment runs, supplier statement reconciliations, and month-end creditor reporting
- Manage and develop relationships with a large network suppliers, proactively resolving queries, discrepancies, and payment-related issues
- Lead initiatives to streamline processes, enhance efficiencies, and implement automation solutions across the finance function
- Ensure strong governance across the AP function through effective financial controls, compliance adherence, and fraud mitigation practices
- Deliver insightful management reports and KPI dashboards to support strategic decision-making by senior stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with Commercial and Warehouse Operations teams to support business performance and drive operational excellence
