We are currently seeking a Recruitment Co-Ordinator to join the team at the Dublin office on a contract basis until 31st January 2026, with the possibility of extension.

Role Overview:

The Recruitment Co-Ordinator provides essential support to the recruitment function, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate complex phone, virtual, onsite, and presentation interviews
  • Manage logistics for the recruiting process, including travel arrangements, expense reimbursements, and ensuring background checks are 100% completed
  • Build strong partnerships with multiple recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience
  • Handle challenges that may arise during the recruitment process with professionalism and good judgment
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand environment
  • Master recruitment tools and systems including WorkdayGoodtime, and Google Suite
  • Lead and contribute to team projects, often working across departments
  • Track and analyze recruitment data to provide insights to stakeholders and reduce interview rescheduling
