We are currently seeking a Recruitment Co-Ordinator to join the team at the Dublin office on a contract basis until 31st January 2026, with the possibility of extension.

Role Overview:
The Recruitment Co-Ordinator provides essential support to the recruitment function, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate complex phone, virtual, onsite, and presentation interviews
- Manage logistics for the recruiting process, including travel arrangements, expense reimbursements, and ensuring background checks are 100% completed
- Build strong partnerships with multiple recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience
- Handle challenges that may arise during the recruitment process with professionalism and good judgment
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand environment
- Master recruitment tools and systems including Workday, Goodtime, and Google Suite
- Lead and contribute to team projects, often working across departments
- Track and analyze recruitment data to provide insights to stakeholders and reduce interview rescheduling
