Bookkeeper

  • Annual Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 (pro-rata €35,000 for a 3-day week)

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Dublin City Centre. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organised, accurate, and confident working independently in a professional environment. The position offers flexibility in working days, with options for a 3-day or 5-day week, the latter including some general administration duties.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Managing both client and office accounts.
  • Posting daily transactions and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Processing invoices, payments, and completing bank reconciliations.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve financial queries.
  • Supporting month-end and year-end reporting processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable accounting and regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous Bookkeeping experience within a legal firm is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with accounts systems such as Evolve or LEAP is highly desirable.
