    • Gather updates from project owners and translate information into clear status summaries.

    • Provide leadership-ready portfolio reporting.
  • Programme Coordination:
    • Support collaboration across regions and teams.
    • Identify overlaps, bottlenecks, risks, and interdependencies early.
    • Ensure actions, commitments, and decisions are followed through.
  • Governance & Oversight:

    • Establish consistent processes for managing updates and reporting.
    • Build scalable workflows and ways of working across the programme.
  • Automation & Workflow Optimisation:
    • Improve coordination using Slack workflows, automation, dashboards, and other tools.
    • Reduce manual reporting and create repeatable, structured processes.
  • Data, Insight & Dashboarding:
    • Build dashboards (e.g., Tableau) to visualise delivery and programme health.
    • Provide data-driven insights that support decision making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting PMOs, complex programmes, or transformation environments.
  • Strong coordination and organisational skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to synthesise multi-stakeholder updates into clear reporting.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in HR operations, shared services, or global corporate environments.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar portfolio tools.
  • Ability to build or manage Slack workflows and automation.
  • Dashboarding experience (Tableau or similar).
  • Exposure to process improvement or transformation.
  • Background in HR programmes, talent, or recruitment transformation.
  • Tech-savvy with strong systems thinking.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Technically strong, with previous project delivery experience, now focused on programme operations.
  • Highly organised, analytical, and comfortable working with data and visualisation.
  • Able to consolidate information into clear, structured programme views.
  • Comfortable enabling delivery rather than driving it.
  • Enjoys dashboards, workflow optimisation, and programme tooling.
