Legal Executive – Debt Recovery

A leading Dublin-based law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Executive to join its busy and growing Debt Recovery team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional with 2–3 years' experience in debt recovery or litigation support to join a dynamic practice and work on a high-volume caseload for a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing debt recovery files from instruction through to conclusion.
- Drafting legal correspondence, pleadings, affidavits, and court documents.
- Preparing and filing documentation with the courts.
- Liaising with clients, debtors, barristers, courts, sheriffs, and other stakeholders.
- Monitoring file progression and ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Assisting with enforcement proceedings and post-judgment recovery actions.
- Maintaining accurate case management records and reporting updates to clients.
- Supporting solicitors on a range of litigation and recovery matters.
Requirements
- 2–3 years' experience as a Legal Executive, ideally within debt recovery or civil litigation.
- Previous experience working in a law firm environment.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively.
- Strong communication and client management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
- A proactive, professional, and team-oriented approach.
