Role Purpose
Seeking an ambitious and commercially focused Employment Solicitor to join the growing Employment Law Practice.
Key Responsibilities

Advise employer and employee clients on all aspects of Irish employment law.

Manage matters including unfair dismissal, disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, discrimination and workplace investigations.

Draft employment contracts, policies, handbooks and service agreements.

Represent clients before the WRC, Labour Court and civil courts.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Participate in business development and networking activities.
Candidate Profile
-
Qualified Solicitor in Ireland with practising certificate.
-
2–6+ years PQE in Employment Law.
-
Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and case law.
-
Excellent drafting, advocacy and client management skills.
-
Commercially minded with strong attention to detail.
