Office Manager / Receptionist

A well-established professional services organisation is seeking an experienced Office Manager / Receptionist to join its Dublin office.

This is a varied role combining front-of-house responsibilities with office administration and facilities management. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office while delivering a professional and welcoming experience for clients, visitors and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
  • Manage incoming calls, meeting rooms and visitor administration.
  • Coordinate office supplies, catering and general facilities requirements.
  • Support office operations including post, couriers, petty cash and supplier management.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external service providers to resolve maintenance and operational issues.
  • Assist with onboarding activities and maintain employee contact information.
  • Help organise internal events, meetings and staff functions.
  • Ensure health & safety, security and office procedures are maintained and followed.
  • Monitor office presentation standards and ensure facilities are fully operational.

About You

  • Previous experience in an Office Manager, Receptionist, Facilities Coordinator or similar administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Professional and confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise workloads and solve problems proactively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office administration systems.
  • Experience coordinating suppliers, facilities or office services would be advantageous.
