Financial Controller | Limerick

Salary: €75,000 - €100,000 + Benefits
Position: Full-Time, Permanent
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced finance professional to join a successful and growing organisation in Limerick. This position will take ownership of the finance function, working closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance, strengthen controls, and support key business objectives.
Key Duties
- Produce monthly management accounts and financial insights.
- Oversee payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cashflow.
- Ensure all tax, VAT, and statutory obligations are met.
- Manage the annual audit process and external advisor relationships.
- Review and improve financial controls and procedures.
- Lead and develop the finance team.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
Candidate Profile
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified.
- Experience in a finance leadership role within industry.
- Strong financial reporting, compliance, and audit knowledge.
- Previous people management experience.
- ERP systems experience and advanced Excel skills.
- Commercially focused with excellent communication skills.
