Events & Marketing Associate – Dublin City – 12 Months

Reed is assisting a long standing Client to recruit for an Events & Marketing Associate. The ideal candidate will be a B2B Marketer with experience in Partner management, ABM/Top accounts activation, as well as in Event management and executive engagement. A people-person, a strategic problem solver, and a highly collaborative individual who is passionate about creating memorable and inspirational moments for our customers and sales and marketing stakeholders. This person must be a brilliant communicator with a creative and strategic multi-task approach, and can adapt to constantly evolving priorities.

Pay rate: €33.49 p/h @40 hours per week

** Travel to events in the EMEA region is required

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement the ABM & Top account marketing strategy for Emea Growth Markets
  • Supporting the Partner & Alliances team in managing Salesforce partners and sponsors on the occasion of strategic 1st party and 3rd party events
  • Coordinate the participation of Emea Growth markets customers and prospects to the flagship 1st and 3rd party events (e.g. Dreamforce, Connections, Gitex)
  • Act as a point of contact for the EMEA Executive engagement team for the activities that may involve the region
  • Supporting key strategic events in our key markets
  • Supporting our ‘event in a box’ program

Desired Experience
5+ years of experience in a B2B marketing position
Experience orchestrating and measuring an array of marketing tactics including Top accounts, Strategic Events, Executive engagement
Physical and virtual event management experience
Experience in managing partnerships and sponsorships
Self-motivated, a strong team player and works well with others.
Exceptional organizational and planning skills and having the ability to prioritize and problem solving.
An entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to use self initiative, taking a proactive approach at work.
Excellent communication skills (fluent in English).
Quick learner and ability to adapt to new tools and processes.
Ability to think creatively, identify and tackle problems within a fast-paced ever changing environment.

Preferred Skills (not mandatory but advantageous):
A degree in Marketing or Business with a strong academic record.
Experience of working across different global regions
Experience with Salesforce and related products such as Slack
