Our hiring manager is specifically seeking candidates who:
- Have sourced senior-level talent in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
- Bring experience working with global companies
- Speak German – while not mandatory, it’s a major plus and required for top pay rate eligibility
💼 About the Role:
As a Talent Attraction Partner, you’ll be a key player in our Sales Recruiting team, blending hands-on sourcing with strategic insights and operational excellence. You’ll collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build high-quality, diverse pipelines of Senior Account Executives.

🧠 Key Responsibilities:
- Source and engage senior sales talent across multiple channels
- Conduct structured assessments aligned with role and company values
- Deliver market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform strategy
- Drive data integrity and reporting across sourcing platforms
- Support brand activations and recruiting events
- Enable continuous learning and pipeline optimization
✅ Qualifications:
- 5+ years in talent acquisition or sourcing (preferably sales/tech)
- Proven success recruiting senior candidates in the DACH region
- German language skills (preferred; required for top pay)
- Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with CRM, HRIS, Tableau, and Excel
