Overview: We're seeking a proactive Safety & Risk Coordinator to lead safety initiatives and reduce incidents across our transport network. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating safer environments and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion safety culture and lead initiatives.
  • Analyse incident data and develop prevention strategies.
  • Attend and investigate incidents; produce reports for learning.
  • Coordinate risk assessments and respond to safety concerns.
  • Represent the company at public forums and stakeholder meetings.
  • Organise Anti-Social Behaviour Task Force meetings.
  • Deliver incident management training and support operations.
  • Collaborate on safety campaigns and technology rollouts.
  • Maintain safety documentation and support compliance systems.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
  • Report writing and data analysis experience.
  • Proven track record in safety campaigns and meeting KPIs.
