Overview: We're seeking a proactive Safety & Risk Coordinator to lead safety initiatives and reduce incidents across our transport network. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating safer environments and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion safety culture and lead initiatives.
- Analyse incident data and develop prevention strategies.
- Attend and investigate incidents; produce reports for learning.
- Coordinate risk assessments and respond to safety concerns.
- Represent the company at public forums and stakeholder meetings.
- Organise Anti-Social Behaviour Task Force meetings.
- Deliver incident management training and support operations.
- Collaborate on safety campaigns and technology rollouts.
- Maintain safety documentation and support compliance systems.
Essential Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
- Report writing and data analysis experience.
- Proven track record in safety campaigns and meeting KPIs.
