Our hiring manager is specifically seeking candidates who:

  • Have sourced senior-level talent in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
  • Bring experience working with global companies
  • Speak German – while not mandatory, it’s a major plus and required for top pay rate eligibility

💼 About the Role:

As a Talent Attraction Partner, you’ll be a key player in our Sales Recruiting team, blending hands-on sourcing with strategic insights and operational excellence. You’ll collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build high-quality, diverse pipelines of Senior Account Executives.

🧠 Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and engage senior sales talent across multiple channels
  • Conduct structured assessments aligned with role and company values
  • Deliver market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform strategy
  • Drive data integrity and reporting across sourcing platforms
  • Support brand activations and recruiting events
  • Enable continuous learning and pipeline optimization

✅ Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in talent acquisition or sourcing (preferably sales/tech)
  • Proven success recruiting senior candidates in the DACH region
  • German language skills (preferred; required for top pay)
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with CRM, HRIS, Tableau, and Excel
