Solicitor - Litigation

Our client, a dynamic and growing practice based in Dublin 2, specialises in defence litigation for insurers and self-insured organisations. They are currently seeking a Solicitor with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience in litigation to join their expanding team. Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage a mixed litigation caseload.
- Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, advices, and correspondence.
- Attend court, settlement meetings, and consultations.
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda.
- Liaise with clients, counsel, experts, and third parties.
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, regulatory requirements, and file workflows.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and client care.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in litigation, with exposure to Circuit Court and/or High Court being highly desirable.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in a busy practice.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to take initiative.
- Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive matters.
