About the Role
We are currently partnering with a leading organisation to hire a Talent Attraction Partner to join their Sales Recruiting team in Dublin. This is a dynamic, hybrid role that blends hands-on sourcing with data insights, market intelligence, and operational excellence.

You’ll play a key role in building high-quality talent pipelines while enabling a data-driven and scalable approach to hiring.

What You’ll Be Doing

Talent Sourcing & Engagement (approx. 30%)

  • Source, engage, and assess top sales talent across multiple channels
  • Build and manage strong candidate pipelines with a focus on experience and quality
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers on candidate delivery

Market Intelligence & Insights

  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform hiring strategies
  • Track hiring trends, compensation, and talent movement in the market
  • Share insights with stakeholders to support workforce planning

Data & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate data across CRM and reporting systems
  • Build and optimise dashboards (Tableau preferred)
  • Support data-driven decision-making across the TA function

Employer Brand & Activations

  • Support recruitment events and talent campaigns
  • Track ROI, pipeline generation, and engagement from initiatives
  • Ensure strong communication and visibility of TA activities

Enablement & Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies and tools
  • Support scalable, best-in-class recruitment practices

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent intelligence (sales hiring experience an advantage)
  • Exposure to sales hiring (ideally in tech/SaaS) +3 years 

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting or dashboards
  • Strong experience in headhunting / proactive sourcing

  • Comfortable working with data (Excel, CRM, Tableau or similar tools)
  • Experience with market mapping or talent intelligence

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
