Property Solicitor

This role is ideal for a professional with 5 to 7 years of post-qualification experience in both commercial and residential property, looking to further their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Advise business and private clients on a broad range of commercial and residential property matters including commercial leases, property development, and property asset management.
- Handle purchases and sales of commercial and residential properties, including residential investment properties.
- Draft and negotiate commercial and residential property leases on behalf of both landlords and tenants.
- Manage properties comprised in Managed Estates.
- Conduct title investigations on purchase/sale/corporate transactions and commercial lending.
- Perfect title registrations and resolve Land Registry queries.
- Collaborate with the Corporate team on reorganisations and the Litigation team on contentious property disputes.
- Participate in business development and networking activities to enhance client relations and firm growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years’ PQE in commercial and residential property.
- Highly organised with a proven ability to manage a busy caseload.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at managing client relations.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
