Modern Workplace Solution Expert (Pre-Sales) – Dublin (Hybrid)
About the Role
We are partnering with a fast-growing technology solutions provider looking to hire a Modern Workplace Solution Expert to support the continued expansion of their business.
This is a customer-facing Pre-Sales role focused on AV, meeting room solutions, and hybrid workplace technologies. You’ll work closely with Account Managers and customers to design and deliver solutions that enhance collaboration, productivity, and user experience.
The role is primarily Ireland-focused, with involvement in wider UK initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand business challenges and workplace requirements
- Design, scope, and present end-to-end Modern Workplace solutions
- Deliver customer workshops, demos, and whiteboarding sessions, including at senior stakeholder level
- Provide pre-sales expertise across AV and collaboration technologies
- Lead meeting room and AV projects from concept through to delivery
- Advise on solutions including Teams Rooms, digital signage, and wireless presentation
- Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Support the development of the Modern Workplace portfolio
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive offerings
- Deliver training and adoption sessions to drive customer success
- Maintain relevant certifications across key technologies
About You
- 3+ years’ experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working within the IT channel or with technology solutions providers
- Knowledge or interest in AV, collaboration tools, and workplace technologies
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Keen to develop expertise across Microsoft 365, Teams, and workplace security solutions
