Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in the medical device industry? Join our team as a Medical Warehouse Operative, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant handling of medical kits and devices.

🔧 What You’ll Do

  • Process orders using ERP systems and manage incoming deliveries.
  • Pick, assemble, pack, and dispatch medical kits to hospitals with accurate documentation.
  • Handle loan kit requests and inspect incoming kits for quality and compliance.
  • Maintain documentation through scanning, filing, and digital attachments.
  • Support quality assurance by inspecting devices against ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820 standards.
  • Record non-conformances and assist with investigations and CAPA processes.
  • Perform routine audits to ensure compliance with SOPs and GMP.
  • Assist with equipment calibration and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with sales reps and customer service teams on surgery case usage.
  • Support new system rollouts and cross-train across departments (Customer Service, QARA, Sales, Finance).
