About the Role:
We’re seeking a dynamic Field Sales Manager to lead sales growth across Ireland in both the Home, Garden & DIY and FMCG sectors. This hybrid role combines field-based client engagement with strategic collaboration at HQ. You’ll manage a team, drive new business, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support field sales and merchandising teams
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans
  • Manage pipeline and drive revenue growth
  • Identify new business opportunities across channels
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity
  • Represent the company at trade shows and events
  • Provide detailed sales reporting and performance insights
  • Promote a customer-first culture across the business
  • Travel nationwide to meet clients and team members
  • Create impactful sales proposals and presentations

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in field sales or business development
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
  • Strategic thinker with commercial awareness
  • Experience in FMCG and/or DIY sectors (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects
  • Results-driven with strong analytical skills
  • Full clean driver’s licence
