Our client is seeking to recruit a Solicitor to work primarily in the areas of conveyancing with also some probate and some general litigation work part of their busy team. This is fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic solicitor to advance their career.
Successful candidates will have:
- At least three years’ experience in conveyancing (residential and commercial). Experience in probate and wills & estate planning and general litigation will also be beneficial.
- Be confident with all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing from start to finish.
- Ability to efficiently manage wills and probate matters including estate planning and administration of complex estates, with a natural focus on client care.
- Confidence in advising clients, negotiating, drafting and all practical aspects of the role.
- Proven ability to pro-actively manage a busy caseload, work on own initiative and take responsibility.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills to deliver professional and personal service.
