Join our client, a leading litigation practice specialising in multi-party actions, personal injury, and medical negligence proceedings. They are seeking a talented Office Support Executive to join their office support and reception team, ensuring the highest standards are maintained in a fast-paced environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, adapting quickly to the dynamic needs of a busy legal office.
  • Respond to incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally, directing them as required while maintaining detailed records.
  • Provide administrative support to our team of solicitors and legal executives.
  • Create a welcoming environment for all colleagues and clients, providing relevant information and guidance.
  • Manage the distribution and coordination of post, including collection, delivery, scanning, and arranging couriers.
  • Coordinate meetings and arrange catering as required.
  • Distribute and restock stationery and office supplies.
  • Support health and safety compliance efforts in the office.
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests such as arranging taxis, coordinating transport, and bookings.
  • Attend court for filing documents and assisting barristers as needed.
  • Provide occasional support or cover in other areas such as paperwork and archiving.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a legal or professional reception position.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
