About the Role
We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Field Sales Executive to join our growing team, selling a range of non-medical products into pharmacies across Ireland.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in sales, take ownership of their territory, and be rewarded through a strong base salary and uncapped commission structure.
You will essentially run your territory like your own business, building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and grow a portfolio of pharmacy clients within your territory
- Proactively identify and win new business opportunities
- Build strong, long-term relationships with pharmacy owners and staff
- Deliver product presentations and drive in-store visibility
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through structured planning and execution
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
What We’re Looking For
- A self-starter with high motivation and a strong work ethic
- Someone who genuinely wants to build a career in sales
- Proven sales experience is beneficial but not essential (attitude > experience)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to manage your own territory
- Full clean driving licence
