This Dublin city based law firm is currently seeking to recruit a qualified Solicitor at Senior Associate Level.
This is an excellent permanent role for an enthusiastic solicitor looking to advance their career within an established and successful practice.
This role will suit solicitors who have gained good experience with a specialised knowledge of Property (residential and commercial) and a strong commitment to developing a career in this area including:
- Investigating titles, drafting contracts and other documentation, raising and replying to requisitions and all work relating to closings;
- Buying and selling of residential and commercial properties;
- Dealing with all financial aspects of transactions, including analysing and advising on loan sanctions, dealing with financial institutions regarding certificates of title, qualifications to title, and discharging of undertakings.
- Drafting commercial and residential leases, raising and replying to pre lease enquiries;
Applicants must be qualified Solicitors and should have:
- A strong academic background
- Minimum 3 to 4 years relevant professional experience
- Excellent technical and drafting skills and a good eye for detail
- A track record of excellence in client servicing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure that deadlines are consistently met
- An ability to show a high level of initiative but to work as part of a team
- An ability to manage varied caseload and more junior members of the team
- A high degree of computer proficiency
- A strong work ethic, energy, enthusiasm and be highly motivated.
Salary commensurate with experience.
