Looking for a Customer Service Administrator with a medical admin background
π Location: Head Office - Dublin 15
π Hours: 37.5 per week - Monday to Friday on site
π Reporting to: Operations Team Leader
Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our dynamic team in the medical device industry.
Must have medical admin background
Key Responsibilities -->
- Communicate effectively with customers, sales representatives, and agents.
- Manage bookings for Loan and Consignment Sets and process orders using DEAR CRM.
- Handle back orders, pricing queries, and quotations.
- Maintain accurate customer records and prepare invoices post-dispatch.
- Resolve product/service issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist with warehouse order preparation and ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support other roles during holiday/sickness cover.
Essential Skills & Experience-->
- Medical administrative background – this is essential.
- Experience within the medical device industry (sterile and non-sterile implantable devices).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
- IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-focused.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a professional telephone manner.
Desirable-->
- Previous experience in a professional office environment.
- A Levels or higher (or equivalent).
- Familiarity with Power BI and other reporting tools.
